Living on the beautiful island of Kauai, I am so blessed to be able to eat from the aina(land). Between friend's gardens and my own, we eat the freshest food I can imagine. Feed your neighbor!

I had to be patient for these buggers, but finally got to harvest my sweet potatoes! Now to replanting half my garden, the papas took over!
Local Style- Ocean Salad, Ahi Poke, Seaweed, crab Poke, Rice, & Hot Mustard Sauce
Koke'e Pineapple Guava Glazed Shrimp, Mac Nut Ono with Papaya Salsa and a Lilikoi Glaze, Ocean Salad, Red Rice
This one was fun, foraged all the fruit to make the toppers, fresh island fish
